Napoleon once said, “What is history, but a fable agreed upon?” With the boom in historical fiction and the continuing popularity of non-fiction work, we bring together historian David Hunt (Girt series), authors Eleanor Limprecht (The Coast) and Sue Williams (That Bligh Girl), and non-fiction writer Peter FitzSimons (The Battle of Long Tan) to explore the responsibilities of the writer creating historical works.
